Returns Policy

OnlineHealthPills supplies medicines including sleeping pills, anti-anxiety medicines, insomnia treatments, depression medicines, and painkillers. Due to legal, safety, and hygiene regulations, we do not accept returns of medicines that have been correctly dispensed, packaged, and dispatched.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Medicines that have left our storage facility cannot be returned.

  • Returns are not accepted if:

    • Your doctor changes your treatment plan after the order is placed

    • You no longer require the medication

    • You are unhappy with the brand after use

    • You have used or opened the product

We strongly recommend consulting your doctor before placing an order, as we cannot issue refunds for medicines once dispatched.

If your order arrives:

  • We do not accept complaints related to brand differences after use.

  • Customers should confirm availability before placing an order.

  • Due to frequent stock updates, brands may change between orders.

  • We can confirm which brands are currently in stock, but cannot guarantee the exact brand you will receive.

  • Quality is always guaranteed, regardless of brand.

If your concern does not fall under these categories, please contact our support team and we will review your case fairly.


Refund Policy

Medicines that have been dispatched are not eligible for refunds, except in the following situations:

  • The product was damaged or faulty

  • We are unable to dispatch your order within 7 working days due to stock or operational issues

In such cases, a full refund may be offered after review by our support team.

Refund Adjustments

  • If a return or refund request is approved, OnlineHealthPills reserves the right to adjust the refund amount based on the condition and value of the product.

Incorrect Product Received

  • If you receive a completely different product, we will arrange a replacement shipment.

  • Refunds are not provided in this situation.
