Next Day Delivery
We offer Next Day Delivery from Monday to Friday.
Orders must be placed and paid for before 11:30 AM to qualify for next working day delivery.
All parcels are dispatched using Royal Mail.
Order Cut-Off Times
Orders placed after 11:30 AM will be processed on the next working day.
Any order placed or paid after 11:30 AM on Friday will be dispatched on Monday (or the next working day if Monday is a public holiday).
Possible Delays
While we aim for next day delivery, Royal Mail deliveries may occasionally be delayed by up to 1 working day.
Delivery times may also be affected during public holidays, peak periods, or unforeseen postal disruptions.
Refund Policy on Delays
Please note that we do not offer refunds for delivery delays caused by Royal Mail.
Once an order has been dispatched on time from our side, delivery is subject to the courier’s service.
