What is the cut-off time?

Our cut-off time may change from time to time. You can always check the latest cut-off time on this page.

  • Payments must be successfully received by 11:30 AM for next day delivery.

  • Orders paid after 11:00 AM will be processed on the next working day.


How will my order be packaged?

We take customer privacy very seriously.

  • All orders are packed in plain brown or white envelopes

  • No information about the medicines or customer identity appears on the package

  • Packaging is fully discreet and secure


How long does delivery take?

Delivery time depends on your location, but we offer UK-wide next day delivery.

How it works:

  • Orders paid before 11:00 AM are usually dispatched the same day for next day delivery

  • Orders paid after 11:00 AM are processed the next working day

  • Orders placed on Friday after the cut-off time, or on Saturday or Sunday, are dispatched on Monday

  • Weekend (Saturday–Sunday) dispatch is not available

  • Delivery is typically completed within 24 hours after dispatch

We may try to dispatch orders received up to 11.30 AM, but this is not guaranteed.

Please note:

  • A 1 working day delay from Royal Mail may occasionally occur

  • We cannot compensate for courier-related delays

  • If an order is delayed due to our processing error, we will compensate the delivery cost

OnlineHealthPills does not ship to certain countries due to import restrictions. If an order is placed from a restricted country, we will contact the customer by email or phone.


The expected delivery date has passed. What should I do?

While we make every effort to deliver orders on time, delays may happen due to:

  • Public holidays

  • Supplier delays

  • Postal service issues

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery details provided by the customer

Please ensure all shipping information is accurate and complete when placing your order. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect customer details.


My order is delayed or lost. What should I do?

  • An order is considered lost if it has not been delivered within 14 days of dispatch

  • Investigations may take time due to unforeseen circumstances

  • Customers must contact our support team to report delays or missing orders

Refunds or replacements may not be processed if the correct procedure is not followed.
