The delivery time depends on your location of residency. We offer next day delivery to all over the UK. It's mean your order will process from our side and will be out for 24 hours expected weekend(Saturday-Sunday). We don't dispatch packages on these days so if you place an order on late Friday and Saturday or Sunday then it will be shipped on Monday and you will receive it on Tuesday. If you pay before 11 am then same day dispatching for next day delivery is applicable otherwise it will process after the day for after next day delivery. We still try to send orders if we receive payments up to 10.45 am but there is no guarantee, we just try to send for next day. And always there is a one day delay expected from Royal mail side. If that happens then we are not able to compensate but if your order process late from our side even you paid on time then we are fully responsible for compensation of delivery cost. Please note that onlinehealthpills is not able to ship to certain countries due to import restrictions. If orders are placed from any such country, the company will further inform the customer through email or phone call.
While OnlineHealthPills UK takes every reasonable measure to ensure timely shipment of orders placed by our customers, delays may arise due to several reasons, such as late delivery from suppliers, delays caused due to public holidays, and delays that occur due to issues faced by the postal system. In addition to this, incomplete shipment details provided by the customer can also lead to delays or loss of goods. Please be informed that we cannot be held responsible for delays arise due to incorrect information being submitted so you need to make sure that the information you’ve provided at the time of order placement is accurate and complete.
Orders are considered lost if they have not been delivered within 14 day of the order placement. However, unforeseen circumstances can also lead to extensive delays, therefore, we may not start an investigation for a delayed order until a reasonable amount of time has passed. It is the customer’s responsibility to contact our customer support representatives if they haven’t received their order.
